This beautiful stone house is nestled in the Nyanga Mountains about 8kms from the Troutbeck Resort. The house has a scullery for washing dishes, an open plan kitchen with a dining room, which leads into a spacious lounge with a fireplace. On either side of the lounge, there are two bedroom wings, each with their own bath, shower, toilet, and hand basin. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Off the dining room, there is an upstairs loft with two day beds and a toilet. There is an additional outside room with a double bed, shower, toilet and hand basin.

There is a 4 plate gas stove, standing fridge and separate freezer. The water supply is not dependent on electricity and there are two wood boilers that supply the main house bathrooms. The outside bedroom has an electric geyser. The house comes with a cook/housekeeper who can prepare your meals and clean.
The water is safe to drink out of the tap and there is a charcoal braai. The solar runs lights, fridges and entertainment. The generator can be run for a limited time only, thereafter it is $2 per hour.

The road has bad patches, so it is recommended that guests bring high clearance vehicles and in rainy season, 4x4 vehicles are a must. Guests are advised to arrive before 6pm due to the seclusion of the property.
